Rosemary Camposano stepped into the tech industry in 1980—long before it had a name, a map, or a playbook. Over the past four decades, she’s navigated its evolution from the inside out, holding nearly every role in Marketing and Communications, launching a successful 501(c)(3), founding and selling a five-store franchise, and collaborating with global giants including IBM, Apple, Google, Seagate, Motorola, Synopsys, Oracle, 3Com, and more.
Now a seasoned 63, Rosemary brings not only deep operational wisdom but the rare ability to see the heart of things—teams, companies, people. Coaching and advising have never been side gigs; they’ve been her throughline. Whether helping a team in flux find its center or guiding an executive through reinvention, she works with a blend of insight, presence, and narrative fluency that makes transformation feel both grounded and possible.
At the core of her approach is the power of story. Rosemary believes the narrative—personal, organizational, cultural—is the most underutilized yet powerful lever for meaningful change. Never one to stop growing, Rosemary continues to expand her toolkit with certifications in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Developmental Coaching, mindfulness and meditation, and even yoga teacher training.
